Banamex

Follow the next steps to register automated frequent payments of services with your credit or debit card.

To register:

1. Click on the Register automated frequent payment link.
2. Choose the service to be registered as an automated frequent payment through the following options:
   • Choose the icon of a service, enter the business name or use the advanced search.
3. Read and accept the service payment’s terms and conditions.
4. To apply, confirm the information and enter the Dynamic Key generated by your Banamex NetKey

To review your payment history:

• Click the Payment History link and a summary will be displayed.

Modify:

1. Click the Modify link.
2. Read and accept the service payment’s terms and conditions.
3. Update the information. To apply, verify the information and enter the Dynamic Key generated by your Banamex NetKey.

Disable or enable:

1. Click the disable/enable link.
2. The information of the automated recurrent payments will be displayed.
3. To enable, accept the terms and conditions.
4. To apply, verify the information and enter the Dynamic Key generated by your Banamex NetKey.

Remember:

• Automated frequent payments to TELMEX or CFE are available only with credit cards.
• If you want to know the status of your automated frequent payments, review the active and cancelled services.
• Rejected operation: in case of error, a message will be displayed with the name of the operation, description and possible solution to the problem.

Buttons:

• “Find”: Displays the requested results according to the criteria requested.
• “Accept”: Continues with the operation.
• “Return”: Returns to the previous screen.
• “Continue”: Displays the next screen.
• ““Print”: Allows you to get a printed copy of the results displayed on the screen.
• “Ayuda”: Gives you specific assistance.
