You are allowed to assign or modify a name (alias) for each of your own Banamex accounts. You can also choose which accounts to display or hide in BancaNet.
- The information displayed is ordered in five groups:
- Cash Accounts
- Investments
- Credit Cards
- Loans
- Afore
- Click on the “Expand” button for each group, the accounts will be displayed and you can review the description.
- You can make the following changes to your accounts:
- To assign a name (alias), click on the corresponding field and enter the new name.
- To display or hide an account, mark the corresponding option.
Remember:
- Rejected Operation: In case of error a message will be displayed with the name of the operation, description and possible solution to the problem.
Buttons:
- “Expand”: Displays the information requested for each operation.
- “Save Changes”: Saves the information.
- “Help”: Gives you specific assistance.
