This page allows you to see the balance of your accounts by type (checking account, master account, cards, investments, term credits, Revolving Credit, Investments at sight, credits, Revolving Credit PYME, as well as review detailed information of the account.

Specific search:

1. Click “Expand” on the Specific search, enter the information required, and click “Search”.
2. The information requested will be displayed.

In the balances summary a maximum of 50 accounts will be displayed, grouped by type of account. To see the details of each account click “expand”, you can also use as the shortcuts that are displayed. Click the account to review detailed information.

Link Notifications:

• By clicking this link you can choose the users that are allowed to receive notifications, via email and/or mobile phone, of your own accounts withdrawals/deposits, registry/cancellation or modifications of incorporated accounts for payments, faculty registration, block/unblock of codes and digital signature change.
• Besides, you can update the information that is under the main menu as e-mail and/or phone number.

Notes:

• If you don´t find the desired account, click on the criteria “Account Number” and choose the option See all the accounts in the section Specific Search.

Buttons:

• “Expand everything”: Displays the details of the entire screen.
• “Minimize everything”: Hides the details of the entire screen.
• “Expand”: Displays the details of each section.
• “Reduce”: Hides the details of each section.
• “Download”: Saves the information in your computer.
• “Print”: Allows you to get a hard copy of the results displayed in the screen.
• “Help”: Gives you specific aid.
